Dining Mongolian Barbecue

Mongolian barbecue is a hearty combination of tender meat, crisp veggies, and a flavorful sauce on top of a bowl of noodles. This food, which was first introduced by the Taiwanese people, uses a stir-fry technique to cook all the ingredients using a large fire. Making the smoked results more pronounced.
Taking the richness of Mongolian culture, The Signature Lodge presents it as an all you can eat concept. Everything is grilled or served on a barbecue or Mongolian BBQ. To make it more comfortable to enjoy, Mongolian BBQ is made in an outdoor setting and served in an open forest with a cool and serene natural atmosphere. Mongolian barbecue dishes are very exclusive, only ordered for a minimum of 15 people and a maximum of 50 people or served at special events held by The Signature Lodge. We also serve special dishes for honeymoon packages, families or limited groups.

Sate Maranggi

Mie Nyemek
Mi nyemek is a noodle dish typical of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java Province, served with a thick, sparse broth. The term “nyemek” itself comes from Javanese, meaning neither wet nor dry.

Mie Godog
Mie godog is a popular Javanese noodle dish, especially in Yogyakarta and Central Java. Literally, “godog” in Javanese means “boiled,” so mie godog is boiled noodles. This dish is usually served with chicken or beef broth, topped with various ingredients such as shredded chicken or beef, seafood, vegetables (cabbage, mustard greens, tomatoes), eggs, and a sprinkling of fried onions.
Colenak
Colenak is a Sundanese snack made from grilled cassava tape (peuyeum) and served with a brown sugar sauce mixed with grated coconut. The name “colenak” itself is an abbreviation of “dicocol enak,” which refers to the way it is eaten, dipped in the sauce.
